Hr Executive And Generalist

Role & responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Selection:

Overseeing the entire recruitment and selection process including job posting, sourcing profiles, screening, interviewing and selection.

• Employee Relations:

Managing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances, ensuring fair treatment and adherence to company policies.

• Compensation and Benefits:

Designing and administering employee benefit packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

• Employee Engagement:

Implementing initiatives to foster a positive work environment, promote employee morale, and encourage open communication.

• Statutory Compliances:

Compliance with all statutory requirement under various labour laws such as PF, ESI, minimum wages, Labour welafare fund etc. within timelines.

• Exit Interviews:

Conducting exit interviews with departing employees to understand reasons for leaving and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in HR software and technology
• Experience in healthcare industry is mandatory
• Local candidates will be preffered
