ROLES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of employee management, from onboarding to retirement and
• offboarding.
• Ensurecompliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout all stages.
• Develop,implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Ensureall HRpolicies are communicated effectively and adhered to by all employees.
• Monitorandanalyze attrition rates and implement strategies to improve employee retention.
• Conductregular stay interviews to understand and address employee concerns.
• Design and implementemployee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work
• environment.
• Organize team-building activities, workshops, and other initiatives to enhance employee morale
• and satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement within
• the organization.
• Ensure effective communication channels are established and maintained within the HR
• department and across the organization.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENT

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on the hire-to-retire
• process.
• Proven experience in policy formulation, attrition management, employee engagement, and exit
• interviews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strongleadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
