Hr Executive And Generalist

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage training and performance management programs to ensure employees are familiar with job responsibilities, legal, and safety requirements.
• Handle recruitment (non-IT), screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and volume hiring.
• Oversee joining formalities, administration activities, leave management, attendance, and induction programs.
• Identify and implement improvements in HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support to employees on HR-related topics like leaves, compensation, and resolve issues effectively.
• Manage performance reviews and conduct regular feedback sessions.
• Gather and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., time to hire, employee turnover rates).
• Organize quarterly and annual performance reviews.
• Maintain and update employee records in electronic and paper form.
• Enhance employee satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and organizing team-building activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and statutory compliances.
• Manage employees PF & ESI registrations, and oversee GMC insurance policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• MUst have BBA/ MBA in Human resources.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in email drafting.
• Previous experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and employee relations.
