Executive / Senior Executive - Branding & Promotions

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing overall Brand Strategy in consultation with other stakeholders and based on understanding of target market
• Responsible for creating all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails, and websites well versed with the tendering process.
• Should have had the experience of coordinating with agencies / designers for marketing brochures, and leaflets,
• Should have an understanding of managing expo stalls in events as well buying different media like radio, billboards, etc.
• Should be an extremely hands-on guy focused on results with deadlines in mind.
• Managing the marketing and promotional activities (writing original content and design for marketing brochures & design, events, and expos as well as strategic below-the-belt marketing campaigns) of the organization
• Coordinating and participating in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.
• Analysing surveys, polls, and other market research to look for patterns and trends
• Assisting in developing marketing plans by conducting research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information and follow-up by creating graphs, reports, and detailed data analysis using computer software.
• Must have 2 to 8 years of experience in marketing & Branding from any popular real-estate companies.

Qualification

• MBA / BBA / Design in Marketing / Branding / Advertising from a Good institution.

Skills

• Positive attitude with a target-oriented work approach.
• Excellent communication and command of English & Telugu essential
• Must have a Design and Visual appeal sense to be able to understand creatives and approve them based on the need and target segment.
• Skilled in the use of PPT/Word / Excel
