• Developing Marketing Strategies: Developing marketing strategies to promote the company's open plot projects, identifying target audiences, and creating marketing campaigns to reach them.
• Excellency to prepare the attractive presentation in Power Point.
• Market Research: Conducting market research to identify market trends, competition, and customer needs and preferences.
• Brand Management: Developing and managing the company's brand image, including creating brand guidelines and ensuring consistency in all marketing materials.
• Advertising: Developing advertising campaigns, negotiating advertising contracts, and managing advertising budgets.
• Digital Marketing: Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including website optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media marketing.
• Event Management: Organizing and managing events, including launch events, promotional events, and trade shows.
• Sales Support: Supporting the sales team with marketing materials, sales tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
