Job Description

The HR executive is responsible for managing all aspects of Human resource practices and processes. This includes overseeing recruitment, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and promoting a positive work environment. The HR executive plays a critical role in supporting the company's goals enhancing the overall employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    • Create job postings and advertise vacancies on job boards, social media, and company website.
    • Source candidates through various channels (job boards, referrals, social media, recruitment agencies).
    • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job specifications and qualifications.
    • Conduct phone interviews, schedule in-person or video interviews, and assist in the final selection process.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
    • Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  2. Onboarding & Employee Integration:
    • Coordinate new employee orientation, ensuring they are welcomed, informed, and equipped for success.
    • Prepare and manage employment contracts, documents, and records for new hires.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the onboarding process.
    • Provide initial training or direct new hires to relevant training resources.
  3. Employee Records & Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
    • Support HR in maintaining employee data, including personal information, employment status, and benefits.
    • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  4. Employee Relations & Support:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general support.
    • Help in resolving employee concerns and provide assistance in handling workplace issues.
    • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and activities to maintain a positive work environment.
  5. Compliance & Reporting:
    • Ensure that all recruitment and HR processes comply with local labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
    • Assist in preparing HR reports, tracking KPIs related to recruitment and employee retention.
    • Support the HR team in audits and compliance activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Coordinator, or Recruiter (1-3 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with HR software (HRMS, Applicant Tracking Systems, etc.) and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
