0-2 Years professional experience as an HR Executive.
Educational Background: Any degree with relevant experience, MBA HR Specialization is preferred.
Handling Admin activities will be an added advantage.
Responsible for handling the end-to-end Recruitment Process from Sourcing to Onboarding.
Recruitment: Sourcing, Screening, and shortlisting potential candidates from possible sources (Naukri, Indeed & Referrals); managing job postings on LinkedIn.
Understanding the given Job Description and cross-verifying with the Technical Managers/Leads for better clarity.
Scheduling & Lining-up of Interviews of Screen Selected Candidates.
Involve in the process of Hiring Plans, Offer Discussion, and Offer Release (Co-Ordination).
Hosting Leadership connects for the new joiners to interact with the Hiring Managers about the Roles and Responsibilities and explaining the Organization culture.
Creation and maintain the HR Policies like Leave Tracking, attendance in time and out time of the employees and maintain a report for the Organization.
