Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.
• Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and grievances while fostering a positive and productive work culture.
• Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
• Identify training and development needs and collaborate with managers to design and deliver appropriate programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with all federal and state employment regulations.
• Handle employee terminations and exit interviews professionally and confidentially.
• Proven experience in an HR leadership role with comprehensive knowledge of all HR functions and sound knowledge of PF, ESIC, PTAX, POSH, labor, and compliance.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Well-versed with HR software and systems.
