About the Role:

As an Area Sales Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong client relationships in the Gurugram and Faridabad regions.

You will lead a team of sales representatives and ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.

- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns

- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and professionally.

- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales representatives.

- Provide ongoing training and development to improve team skills and knowledge.

- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales management and business development.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.

- Knowledge of health insurance products and industry regulations.

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
