Customer Support Executive

About the role:

As a customer support you will be the voice of our company providing exceptional service to our valued customers. your primary responsibilities will involve handling inbound calls, addressing inquires, and cross selling our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Respond to customer's queries.
• Maintain accurate record of customer in CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal team to resolve the complex queries.
• Adhere to company's policy.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in speaking Bengali and English.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Good typing speed.
• Positive attitude.

Timing:

• For Female 9 hours shift between 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM
• For Male 07:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Night) rotational off
• NO CAB FACILITY
