About the Role:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager - Direct Sales at Niva Bupa Health Insurance in Delhi, India.

- You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of direct sales agents, driving sales growth within the Delhi region, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of direct sales agents.

- Set performance goals and targets for team members.

- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

- Conduct team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.

- Lead lead generation activities and ensure effective lead conversion.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven track record in managing direct sales teams within the health insurance industry.

Skills:

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
