Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Agent Recruitment & Development:

- Identify, recruit, and train insurance agents/advisors.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance agents' product knowledge and sales skills.

Sales & Business Development:

- Drive health insurance sales through the agency channel.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Monitor and guide agents to improve performance.

Relationship Management:

- Maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.

- Support agents in lead generation and closing sales.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure adherence to company policies and IRDAI regulations.

- Maintain records of agent performance and sales reports.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Post graduate/Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience: 2-5 years in insurance sales (agency/banking/financial services preferred).

- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills.

- Other: Ability to build and manage a team, result-oriented approach.
