Niva Bupa - Senior Area Manager - Sales (5-10 yrs)

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals.

- Set performance goals, track progress, and provide regular feedback.

- Conduct team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and other key channel partners.

- Actively pursue and acquire new B2B clients.

- Manage existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Deep understanding of Group Health Insurance and Group Personal Accident policies.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.

- Oversee daily operations, including business logins, policy management, and client support.

- Manage client onboarding and ensure smooth policy issuance.

- Coordinate with TPAs (Third-Party Administrators) to ensure efficient claim processing.

- Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase market share.

- Explore new business opportunities through digital platforms and online channels.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth areas.

- Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales trends, and key metrics.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

- Contribute to the development of annual sales budgets and forecasts.

- Monitor expenses and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Education: MBA/PGDBM or equivalent professional course.

- Any technical course/certification in health insurance is a plus.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on Group Health Insurance.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in team leadership roles.
