Niva Bupa - Assistant Area Sales Manager (2-5 yrs)

- Execute sales strategies developed by the Area Sales Manager.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (both existing and potential).

- Manage and support a network of agents to drive sales.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall area sales goals.

- Prepare and submit sales reports to the Area Sales Manager.

- Assist in the recruitment and training of new agents.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a sales team. Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Admi nistration, Marketing, or related field.
