Contract Duration: 6 months

Location: This job does not involve relocation; the consultant has to Travel to Client Location on weekly basis. The travel and Accommodation is completely sponsored by Client.

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced PMO Specialist with strong proficiency in Excel and related tools to support one of our teams in a Program Management Office (PMO) role. This individual will play a key role in action tracking, report generation and sharing, and ensuring smooth project execution. Prior experience working with McKinsey teams or similar environments will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage action tracking, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.

- Generate, analyze, and share reports to provide insights into project performance.

- Proactively identify potential risks or issues and escalate them as necessary.

- Support the team in the use of specific tracking tools, providing guidance and onboarding as needed.

- Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven expertise in PMO roles, with the ability to spot potential challenges and provide actionable solutions.

- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and a basic understanding of tracking tools.

- Problem Solving: Senior enough to anticipate project needs and challenges without requiring extensive supervision.

- Adaptability: Comfortable with onboarding to new tools and systems.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
