PMO Lead - Auto (3-6 yrs)

The PMO Lead will establish a strong project management framework, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and set up tracking systems to monitor progress across projects. This role will be pivotal in aligning projects with organizational goals, enhancing collaboration across departments, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for process improvement, a data-driven approach to setting performance targets, and the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with founders to prioritize projects based on strategic goals, ensuring high-impact initiatives receive appropriate focus and resources

- Establish and maintain project tracking systems to regularly monitor and assess progress

- Strategically schedule progress meetings in accordance with project timelines, ensuring timely follow-up on actions identified during reviews and meetings

- Identify bottlenecks in the organization's processes and work with relevant teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity

- Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration among teams to drive organization's strategic objectives

- Develop and implement performance metrics across departments, setting measurable targets in line with the AOP and specific business requirements

Required:

- 3+ years of experience in project management or similar role

- Good analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

- Structured approach to problem-solving and an eye for process optimization

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Experience in fast-growing startups is a plus
