Objectives of this role :
- The role focuses on designing competitive salary structures, benefits programs and reward & recognition initiatives aligned with the company's strategic objectives to ensure the organisation attracts, retains and motivates top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain competitive compensation strategies, including salary ranges ad grades that align with market standards and business needs
- Conduct regular job evaluations, benchmarking and market analysis to ensure the competitiveness of salaries and other compensations.
- Oversee the annual salary review process, including merit increases, promotions and adjustments to ensure equitable pay across the organisation.
- Manage performance based incentive programs, including bonuses and other forms of financial recognition.
- Design, implement and manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, leave policies and other employee well-being initiatives
- Collaborate with external benefits vendors, payroll vendor & service providers to negotiate, select and manage benefits offerings.
- On board payroll processing vendor with employee portal access. Manage the monthly payroll and compliance.
- Develop and manage reward and recognition initiatives that celebrate employee achievements and milestones such as Employee of the month, work anniversaries and other recognition programs
- Foster a culture of recognition and positive reinforcement promoting employee engagement and loyalty through creative non-monetary rewards
- Effectively communicate recognition initiatives and reward programs across the organisation to encourage participation and visibility
- MIS Reporting & Budgeting
Qualifications & Experience:
- 6-9 years of experience compensation, benefits and reward & recognition
- Proficiency in HRM systems and compensation management software
- Bachelor's/PG Degree in any stream or Human Resources, HR Certification or Masters in HR
