Overview of the Role:
Coding (50%)
o Design, develop, and maintain scalable backendsystems using below mentioned tech stack.
o Create intuitive, user-friendly frontendinterfaces.
o Ensure code quality through robust testing anddebugging.
Team & Task Management(25%)
o Manage, mentor, and guide a team of developersto deliver high-quality solutions.
o Oversee project timelines, allocate resources,and ensure deliverables are met.
o Conduct code reviews and foster a culture ofcollaboration and growth within the team.
Stakeholder Management (25%)
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams,including product managers and designers, to align technical solutions withbusiness goals.
o Communicate progress, challenges, andtechnical strategies effectively with stakeholders.
o Act as the primary point of contact fortechnical aspects of the project.
Familiarity with frontend technologies such asHTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong Proficiency in backend technologiessuch as Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails is a plus.
Experience with version control systems,particularly Git.
Knowledge of web development best practices,including SEO optimization, accessibility, and security standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention todetail.
Excellent communication and teamworkabilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projectssimultaneously.
Experience with responsive and mobile-firstdesign principles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as Lead / Manager - Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Must Have Skills:
- Node.js: Experience with Node.js for server-side JavaScript execution.
- Express.js: Knowledge of Express for building RESTful APIs.
- JavaScript: Strong command of JavaScript for backend development.
- Sequelize: Experience with Sequelize for ORM and database interactions.
- REST API: Proficient in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- WebSocket: Familiarity with WebSocket for real-time communication.
- Testing: Experience with testing frameworks such as Mocha/Chai or Jest.
- Databases: Proficient in MySQL and PostgreSQL for relational database management.
- Kafka: Knowledge of Apache Kafka for distributed streaming.
- Redis: Experience with Redis for caching and data storage.
- Docker: Proficiency in containerization using Docker.
- Kubernetes (K8s): Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud services for deployment and scaling
Preferred Skills:
Next.js: For server-side rendering and staticsite generation.
NextAuth: For authentication andauthorization.
Tailwind CSS: For utility-first CSS styling.
TypeScript: For static typing and enhancedcode quality.
React.js: Proficient in buildingcomponent-based user interfaces.
Redux: Experience with state management usingRedux or similar libraries.
JavaScript: Strong understanding of modernJavaScript (ES6+).
Material-UI: Familiarity with Material-UI forReact component libraries.
Build Tools: Knowledge of build tools likeWebpack for bundling and optimizing code.
HTML/CSS: Solid grasp of HTML5 and CSS3 forcrafting responsive and accessible web pages.
Responsive Design Principles: Ability tocreate adaptable and fluid layouts for various devices.
GIT: Proficiency in version control using Git.
Testing Frameworks/Libraries: Experience withtesting frameworks such as Jest and Enzyme for ensuring code reliability.
