Job Description

Technical Lead (8+ years of experience):
o Lead the overall design and architecture of full-stack applications, ensuring robust integration between front-end AngularJS and back-end .NET components.
o Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical leadership to development teams.
o Ensure high standards of coding practices and oversee code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
o Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions in the healthcare domain.

o Manage team deliverables, timelines, and resources to ensure project goals are met.
o Drive continuous improvement and best practices for development, deployment, and operational efficiency.

Technical Skills:
Front-End Technologies:
o Proficient in AngularJS, with experience building single-page applications
(SPAs).
o Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
o Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack, NPM, etc.
o Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.

Back-End Technologies:
o Strong experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core for building scalable
web applications.
o Proficient in C# and object-oriented programming principles.
o Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
o Familiarity with Entity Framework or similar ORM tools.
o Experience with Web APIs and services architecture.

Additional Skills:
o Agile/Scrum development methodology.
o Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
o Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms.
o Understanding of healthcare industry standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
o Knowledge of security best practices in web applications.

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience working in the healthcare domain or with healthcare applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
