Designation: Manager- B2B Academia-Global Accounts

No.of positions: 1

Experience: 6-10 years

Education: Any Graduate/MBA will be an added advantage

Industry Type: Education / E-Learning / Semiconductor

Filter: Full- time- Work from Office

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days


Roles and Responsilities

  • Research and create a new list of colleges and universities across assigned Geographies
  • Using the created database of academia for achieving the revenue target Monthly, Quarterly and yearly targets and track them very closely
  • Connecting with the Academia through Emails & LinkedIn and setting up meetings, creating proposals, quotation/pro-forma invoice/Invoice and persistent follow ups through email to develop relationships
  • Plan and set up Webinar Sessions and Pilot Projects to demonstrate our Academia VLSI Course offerings.
  • Achieve the required B2B Academia client logos to meet the targets
  • Attend educational events and network with ICT members, Participate in Conferences and Trade shows to increase your reach to the targeted Universities or Colleges Globally
  • Provide and ensure 100% customer support by closely working with the technical and marketing teams.
  • Ensure Integrity, Discipline, Dedication at Work are followed utmost to gain market leadership and revenue growth.
  • Must have experience in Team handling


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Prior Experience 6-10 Years into Global Academia sales.
  • Good Contacts and knowledge about selling into Colleges/Universities
  • Individual Contributor role carrying annual quota
  • Willingness to travel to college destinations for presentations and close contacts
  • Knowledge about the college/universities pain points from different stakeholders like Management, HOD's, TPO etc.
