Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected B2B Partnerships Manager to drive corporate engagement and forge strategic alliances with top-tier organizations.
- The primary goal of this role is to secure high-quality summer internship and placement opportunities, establishing partnerships with leading companies across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Engagement: Identify, outreach, and onboard prestigious companies and corporations to partner with us for student internships and placements, focusing on high-impact relationships.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and execute strategies to secure placements and internships with a mix of well-established companies and innovative start-ups across sectors.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, in-demand skills, and emerging job roles to ensure relevant and competitive internship and placement opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with senior leaders in partner companies to maintain long-term partnerships and ensure consistent engagement.
- Collaboration & Networking: Work closely with internal teams and network externally to build a pipeline of companies from sectors like finance, technology, consulting, FMCG, and more.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in corporate partnerships, B2B sales or similar roles; experience in building partnerships in education sectors is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the corporate landscape, with a focus on top-tier companies, popular roles, and skill sets currently in demand.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage with C-suite executives and senior leaders.
- Network: A well-developed network within key industries, including technology, finance, consulting, FMCG, and others that are significant for internships and placements.
