Matter - Program Manager - Enterprise Systems Domain (7-11 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to oversee and drive complex near real-time (apps, website, web portals, cloud infra. etc.) and enterprise system (ERP, DMS, CRM, PDP, PLM etc.) projects.

This role requires a strong leader who can coordinate among multiple functions, align teams across engineering, UI/UX/CX, product, and business teams, and ensure successful project execution from requirement gathering to final delivery. The ideal candidate will be a custodian of time, cost, and quality, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Proven experience in program management, successfully overseeing complex projects from requirement gathering to delivery, particularly in near real-time systems (apps, website, cloud, web portals etc.) and Enterprise Systems (ERP, DMS, CRM, PDP etc.).

- Strong experience in cross-functional coordination, with the ability to align engineering, UI/UX/CX, data science, product, and business teams to deliver successful projects.

- Expertise in leading projects using Agile methodologies and the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), managing multiple teams and ensuring consistent project execution.

- A solid understanding of cloud technologies, including cloud infrastructure, platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and services, to support and scale project solutions.

- Experience in creating MIS reports and providing senior leadership with insightful weekly and monthly reports that track project progress, risks, and overall performance.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Clickup, Confluence, MS Project)
