We are seeking an enthusiast and experienced Sales professional to join our Sales Team for the position of Zonal Sales Manager (South Zone) in Bangalore.

Job Profile and Description:
Context:
- Accountable for maintaining the sales growth in business & market share in the assigned territory.
- Ensuring proper coordination with the Dealer principal and dealer staff.
- Managing end to end sales from enquiry generation to sales closure.
- Responsible for Planning distribution, Dealer development, Branding & Promotions activities of vehicles like Loan & Exchange Mela, Vehicle display, Canopy activity, Road shows, Demo van activity, Rides.
- Training to Dealer sales staff on Product and sales process.
- Coordinate with leading financiers, to assist the dealers for smooth customer financing.
- Analyzing Market Trends and Maintenance of Market Share with growth-oriented approach.
- Improving the business of existing Dealers and establishing a Dealer/Customer network by contacting & converting into Matter brand. Exploring new opportunities for dealer network expansion/appointments.
- Analyse, develop and consult the dealer network on the best possible market coverage.
- Evaluate dealership facilities, prepare and implement action plan to achieve required corporate identity and sales process.

- Product launch at dealer Level.
- Finance tie-ups.
- Monthly report compiling.
- Planning and execution of various sales centric activities.
