• Evaluate production capacity based on confirmed and projected orders.
• Communicate any capacity shortages or excess bookings in a timely manner.
• Ensure raw material Time & Action (T&A) closures as soon as orders are confirmed.
• Finalize the Planned Cut Date (PCD) based on T&A and available factory capacity.
• Allocate styles to factories, considering production feasibility and capacity.
• Coordinate and conduct weekly PCD meetings between Production and Merchandising teams.
• Develop and update the shipment plan for the next three months, with monthly revisions.
• Track and report the previous month's PCD met/unmet status.
• Maintain communication with buyers’ representatives to provide production updates.
• Project sales based on confirmed orders and forecasted projections.
• Monitor planned vs. actual production quantities at each factory.
• Assess external vendor capacity based on garment processing requirements.
• Coordinate with Merchandising to expedite or adjust order timelines as needed.
• Participate in regular meetings with top management for updates and strategic planning.
