Production Planning And Control Executive

Roles and responsibilities:

• Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain a dynamic production schedule to efficiently meet customer demands.
• Coordination with Departments: Collaborate closely with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless workflow and timely delivery.
• Capacity Planning: Evaluate and optimize production capacities, providing recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential production challenges and proactively develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with relevant departments to promptly address issues and ensure a smooth production process.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement and monitor process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Adherence to Standards: Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and production guidelines.
• Lead Time Management: Manage lead times for raw materials, production, and delivery to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Collaboration with Sales: Coordinate with sales teams to align production plans with accurate sales forecasts and customer orders.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including schedules, reports, and inventory levels.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Cost Control: Monitor production costs and proactively work towards implementing cost-effective production methods without compromising quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years experience in production planning within the cosmetics or related industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
