Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Assistant who will be an essential support to our Sales and Business Development team. The role will involve assisting Business Development Executives with various tasks related to sales and marketing, including managing inquiries from multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Business Development Executives in various tasks related to Sales & Marketing.
• Assist in generating leads for the business.
• Manage inquiries from diverse platforms such as websites, IndiaMart, Trade India, telephonic, and social media.
• Keep track of inquiries received and follow-up status.
• Communicate proficiently in Gujarati, Hindi, and English over email and phone.
• Possess basic knowledge and understanding of beauty & personal care product manufacturing.
• Conduct internet research for product and market details; compile reports as instructed by the Department Head.
• Assist Business Development Executive in preparing product and packaging samples, maintain a track of samples provided, and update recipients about courier details.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the efficient and timely processing of client orders.
• Maintain various documents and excel sheets as instructed by the Manager or department head.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/masters in marketing, Sales, Pharmacy, and Cosmetics. Graduates or master’s from other streams with required skills may apply.
• Basic understanding of cosmetics product manufacturing and packaging.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Competency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills on email and phone.
• Ability to take follow-ups and complete tasks on time.
