The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a proven ability to build strong client relationships, devise innovative strategies, and drive business growth. Experience in the content writing industry or similar domains is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Identify, approach, and onboard potential B2B clients.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with business clients, ensuring consistent engagement and client satisfaction.

Real-Time Problem Solving & Strategy Execution

• Handle real-time business scenarios with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Devise innovative strategies to address client-specific needs and ensure seamless execution.

Communication & Negotiation

• Effectively communicate the value proposition of company services to prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.

Market Analysis & Business Opportunities

• Conduct market research to identify new B2B opportunities and untapped sectors.
• Stay updated on industry trends to provide insights and tailor offerings accordingly.

Collaborative Ideation & Innovation

• Work closely with internal teams to brainstorm and execute creative business development strategies.
• Be open to sharing and implementing new ideas that drive growth.

Sales Reporting & Target Achievement

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while providing regular updates to the management team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record in B2B business development or sales, preferably in content writing or related services.
• Mindset: A self-starter with a proactive approach to handling challenges and finding creative solutions.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
