• Oversee washing and dyeing operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective production.
• Optimize machine capacities and improve process efficiency.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Quality Control & Process Optimization:

• Implement quality management systems to minimize rejections.
• Conduct trials and develop new garment finishes.
• Refine processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.

Technical Expertise:

• Handle diverse fabrics like cotton, viscose, P/C blends, and nylon with various dye-stuffs.
• Maintain process control parameters, especially on stenter & CDR in finishing.
• Manage machine recipe sheets based on production planning.

Specialized Skills:

• Proficiency in DATACOLOR software for color matching.
• Strong knowledge of laundry chemicals, washing techniques, and quality control.
• Stay updated with industry trends in washing and dyeing processes.
