We are presently looking for Manager Sustainability for Mumbai location.

QUALIFICATION :- Engineering Bachelors degree (Mech/Chemical/Elect) from a recognized college or university; a masters or higher degree in Sustainability Studies is strongly preferred

ADDL QULIFICATION :-

• GRI Std training, - Sustainability Assurance Practitioner
• ISO 14064 training, LCA training, - GHG Auditor
• AA1000AS Assessor training
• Knowledge and interest in sustainability related areas or topics are essential pre-requisites for the position
• Professional presence with the ability to engage management level clients as well as internal leadership stakeholders
• LEED AP qualification preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :-

• Actively contribute to the growth and development of the Sustainability practice by taking operational responsibility and accountability for engagement team support and delivery.
• Responsible for overall Western and Northern region Sustainability Business. Ensure work order booking, invoicing, and payment collection of Western and Northern region Sustainability Business.
• Responsible for the recruitment and development of technical resources at Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Baroda office
• Support client relationships, business development, and account management leadership through the development of thought leadership, client and internal collateral, and training.
• Identify and communicate trends, developments, and key performance drivers relevant to the client, while demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry and marketplace.
• Periodic reporting to management regarding business status
• Active participation for client visit and business accusation
• Periodic review of each business development executive located at Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Baroda office
• Ensure dedicate support to all offices regarding technical queries at proposal to final report preparation
• Represent the practice in management forums and support the rapid, profitable growth of the business as a key member of the Sustainability Services management team.
• Assist clients in their efforts to identify, measure, and appropriately manage their business and reporting risks as they transition their organizations to respond to changing government environmental regulations and new trends in sustainability management and reporting.
• Act as the Leader for sustainability and energy-related projects, which include but are not limited to, energy efficient assessments, process analysis, carbon foot printing and accounting, evaluation and deployment of energy efficient and low carbon technologies, energy management training, modelling, engineering design, and implementation oversight.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business decision-makers, both internally and externally. Communicate TUVIs scope of services.
• Contribute to business strategic planning; support other business unit initiatives where appropriate, including industrial water management and sustainability services
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills and proven ability to communicate complex technical information to a wide range of audiences.
• Prepare Sustainability report according to GRI Standard for various industrial sectors.
• Provide guidance in the delivery of Sustainability Services, with an emphasis on complex and/or specialized issues within Assurance and/or technical sustainability reporting and advisory capacities.
• Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary

ATTRIBUTES :-

• Prior experience in preparation of Sustainability Assurance according to GRI Standard
• Develop proposals in coordination with the responsible Key Account Managers, client and other external associate
• Interact and build relationships with clients and manage the delivery of GHG verification, Sustainability Assurance, Green product verification, ZWL verification services
• Support senior staff and our Key Account Management team in business development in the corporate sector
• Topics of engagement may include: GHG verification, climate change mitigation, Science Based Targets (SBTs) verification, risk assessment, materiality assessment - verification, energy efficiency, Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) verification, Sustainable Development Goals verification, etc. Professional experience in sustainability assurance, green building assessment or other related experience in the Third Party Verification and Audit Agency.
• Develop verification data base, guides and tools related to Sustainability
• Conduct training sessions
• Have a good understanding of Sustainability Assurance business in both local and international context and capable of undertaking effective business development for clients in targeted sectors under the supervision of the sector leader
• Experienced level of baseline skills, i.e. professional and confident business communication skills including presentation and technical report writing in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
