Job Description
- Identify and develop a network of suppliers for building products, especially in the interiors segment (wallpapers, tiles, laminates, veneers, fabrics, etc.).
- Manage supplier relations and negotiate contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
- Maintain the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Handle RFQs (Request for Quotes) received from customers, ensuring best rate sourcing.
- Ensure all RFQs are quoted to customers within the required time frame.
- Ensure supplier-side contracting is in place to serve customer orders with minimal delay.
- Achieve an on-time fulfillment rate of 99%+.
- Prior experience in a supplier-side role.
- Experience managing dealer and distributor relations and procurement across different segments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a tight-knit team.
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word).
