Any Other: MBA Preferred

Work Experience (Years): 2-6 years

Job Responsibilities/Job Description

Develop and maintain IT process documentation, including policies, standards, and procedures.

Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational goals.

Conduct regular assessments of existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance performance.

Lead process improvement initiatives and work with stakeholders to implement changes

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure processes are integrated into their daily work and identify areas for automation

Identify and address potential risks associated with IT processes, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary.

Work with business stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies and plan

Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards related to IT processes. Ensure IT processes adhere to relevant regulations, security standards, and industry best practices.

Proficiency in preparing clear, unambigious ,and comperhensive documents

Good Aptitude and Assertiveness

Good negotiation and persuation skills

Good presentation and communication skils

Good knowledge of Industry standards ( ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ITIL, CMMI Development )

Experience in conducting/facing audits

Experience in Risk management

Knowledge of any GRC tool will be an added advantage

Knowlege of 7QC tools and 6 Sigma will be an added advantage
