Reservation Operations: Oversee all reservation activities, including booking management, cancellations, modifications, and special requests, ensuring accuracy and timely responses
Inventory Management: Monitor room availability, manage inventory, and optimize occupancy rates by strategizing room allocations and reservations
Customer Service: Handle escalated reservation inquiries, assist with complex bookings, and ensure exceptional customer service to resolve issues and maintain guest satisfaction
Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on reservation metrics, analyze booking patterns, and provide insights for decision-making to maximize revenue and occupancy
System and Process Improvement: Implement and improve reservation systems, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Collaboration: Liaise with other departments like front office, sales, and revenue management to coordinate bookings, resolve conflicts, and optimize revenue strategies
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with reservation policies, payment procedures, and data privacy regulations
