What You'll Do:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding IT professionals.
- Develop innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Assess candidates effectively, evaluating their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, salary expectations, and best hiring practices.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience, providing clear communication and timely feedback.
- Track recruitment metrics to optimize and improve hiring processes continuously.
What We're looking for:
- MBA (HR) or related field.
- 3+ years of IT recruitment experience with a strong understanding of technical roles and industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Strong relationship-building abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills - ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Self-driven and proactive approach to talent acquisition.
- Experience with ATS and other recruitment tools is a plus.
