Job Summary: As a Telesales Team Leader, you will oversee and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and developing your team to ensure high performance and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze team performance metrics, providing feedback and guidance to improve results.

Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer interaction skills.

Strategy Development: Collaborate with management to develop and implement telesales strategies that drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales figures, and market trends for senior management.

Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Motivation and Incentives: Design and implement incentive programs to boost team morale and performance.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in telesales or inside sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
