As, a Marketing Head, your roles and responsibilities are:
1. Performance Marketing:
- Develop, implement, and optimize ROI-driven digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor analytics to refine targeting, improve conversion rates, and maximize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between performance and overall marketing strategies.
2. Product Marketing:
- Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches and ensure effective positioning.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with product teams to communicate key product benefits and features to target audiences.
3. Branding:
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and visuals across all channels.
- Lead creative campaigns to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Oversee partnerships, sponsorships, and events to reinforce the company's brand identity.
4. Marketing Strategy:
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, reporting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Identify and leverage new marketing opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.
5. Team Leadership:
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team. Mentor and guide team members, fostering growth and innovation within the department.
Apply if you should have:
- 5-8 years of experience in a marketing leadership role from high growth start-up, covering performance marketing, product marketing, and branding.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in managing budgets and delivering on KPIs.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
