Role Description:

- This is a permanent role for a Head of Compensation Benefits at Hector Beverages.

- The role involves overseeing benefits administration, compensation management, and employee benefits at our Bengaluru office.

Qualifications:

- Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits skills.

- Compensation Management and Compensation & Benefits expertise.

- Analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.

- Experience in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.

- Previous experience in a similar role in the beverage or FMCG industry is a plus.

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
