Job Description
- Lead the team supporting companys external Integration Landscape, applications including: Sterling B2B Integrator and Lightwell/Eliassen Framework, IBM APIC, Sterling Secure Proxy Authentication Server and IBM MQ.
- Manage technical and non-technical areas for the team based (APAC, India).
- Hire, train, and run the team on day-to-day basis.
- Manage the shift roosters and work assignments.
- Manage SLAand KPI set by companys global IT.
- Participate in strategizing future roadmap for respective areas.
- Contribute to automation and optimization of current process.
Requirements- 8 years of IT experience, with minimum 1 year in a leadership role.
- Experience in leading a team for at least a year.
- Reporting skills including excel and presentations.
- Jira Confluence expertise
- Fairly important to have Experience in EDI area and Technical knowledge on any middleware tools.
- Good to have knowledge of Sterling Integrator.
- 8 years of IT experience, with minimum 1 year in a leadership role.
