Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Analysis:
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's strategic plan, aligning with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Analyze internal performance data, including financial and operational metrics, to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Prepare and present strategic reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Operational Optimization & Project Management:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze key operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead and manage cross-departmental projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
Growth Initiatives & Market Expansion:
- Identify and evaluate potential growth opportunities, including new markets, products, and partnerships.
- Conduct due diligence and feasibility studies for potential growth initiatives.
- Support the development and execution of market entry strategies and expansion plans.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Support business development by providing data and analysis.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends and patterns.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or business development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or other advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of industry-specific trends and best practices.
- Experience with financial modeling.
