Position Title: Head Talent Acquisition
Location: Mumbai
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Talent Acquisition to lead and drive the recruitment strategy for. As a senior leader in the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent to support its growth.
This role will work closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR partners to deliver a seamless recruitment experience and meet organizational staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement the talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Develop effective recruitment plans to meet hiring needs across all departments.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high performance and development.
- Hiring Process Optimization: Review and streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and ensure a positive candidate experience. Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Proactively source and engage with passive candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment on hiring objectives.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company's employer brand through digital platforms, social media, and recruitment events.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion efforts in recruitment, ensuring a fair and equitable hiring process.
- Metrics & Reporting: Establish and track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source-of-hire. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on recruitment performance.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Keep up to date with recruitment trends, technologies, and market conditions.
