Job Description

Position Name: Manager - Travel Management (Domestic)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

Experience : 6-12 Years

Job Purpose:

- The incumbent will be responsible for managing and coordinating all domestic travel, meetings, and events for the leadership team.

- This includes arranging flights, hotels, cabs, chartered flights, and helicopters, ensuring seamless and efficient travel experiences that align with the company's operational needs and policies.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and arrange meetings, travel, and events for the leadership team of the company

- Manage domestic flight bookings, hotel accommodations, ground transportation including cabs, chartered flights, helicopters, and other transportation modes as required

- Ensure all travel arrangements meet company standards and policies.

- Negotiate with domestic travel vendors and suppliers to secure competitive rates and services.

- Handle logistics for domestic travel including transportation scheduling, accommodation bookings, and ground transfers.

- Coordinate with executives and their assistants to schedule travel itineraries and resolve any travel-related issues.

- Maintain accurate records of travel expenses, budgets, and approvals.

- Provide excellent customer service to executives and ensure seamless domestic travel experiences.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in travel management, preferably in a domestic setting.

- Sound knowledge of domestic travel regulations, booking systems, and industry best practices.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.

- Proficiency in travel management software and tools.
