Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Real Estate (10-20 yrs)

We have been mandated for the below mentioned role for a Real Estate Company.

Position: AGM/DGM Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Lucknow

Purpose of the Role:

The incumbent will be responsible for shaping the financial strategy of the company by leading budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cost control processes. He will support the CFO and senior management by providing data-driven insights to enhance profitability, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the preparation of the annual budget and multi-year financial forecasts.

- Ensure budgets align with strategic objectives and adjust forecasts based on changing market conditions.

- Analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.

- Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic decisions.

- Monitor project and operational costs to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.

- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve margins and overall efficiency.

- Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and enhance decision-making processes.

- Lead initiatives to enhance financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.

- Track and monitor financial metrics, KPIs, and business performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and other reporting tools for real-time financial insights
