Chief Financial Officer - Real Estate - CA (15-29 yrs)

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Lucknow

Reporting - Board of Director

Purpose of the Role

The CFO will lead the financial management and strategy for the entire business lines within our diversified business group. He will be responsible for financial leadership, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the financial health and growth of the specific business unit within the group.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and financial objectives.

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.

- Manage and optimize financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting functions.

- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and stakeholders to support decision-making and drive business performance.

- Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports, RERA-compliant disclosures, and project-specific financial statements.

- Lead financial analysis and reporting efforts to track key performance indicators, financial metrics, and profitability.

- Manage project accounting functions, including cost tracking, budget management, and financial reporting for real estate development projects.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies to mitigate risks and maintain financial integrity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies, optimize resource allocation, and maximize financial outcomes.

- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team to support the company's financial objectives and growth initiatives.

- He will be responsible for managing upcoming IPO of the company.

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA and 15 - 20 + years of financial leadership experience in the real estate sector.

- Proven expertise in financial compliance, RERA regulations, and project financing.

- Strong track record in capital raising, investor relations, and financial governance.

- Proven experience in managing IPO processes.

- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and leadership skills.
