Manager - Revenue- Online Platforms

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a unified revenue strategy to drive profitable business growth across all channels, including both own platforms and third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart).

- Establish and achieve Quarterly, Monthly, and Daily Revenue & Profitability targets for all channels.

- Collaborate closely with Site Merchandising and Merchandising teams to ensure alignment and delivery of revenue goals.

- Utilize in-depth consumer insights across channels to optimize conversion rates, retention, and re-engagement strategies.

- Design and execute a unified promotion strategy across platforms, informed by market potential, consumer behavior, margin analysis, and competitive insights.

Third-Party Channel Management:

- Take full P&L ownership for third-party channels.

- Lead account management, negotiations, and strategic partnerships with third-party platforms to enhance brand presence and growth.

- Work with key stakeholders to craft and implement a strategic approach for third-party marketplaces.

- Analyze opportunities within third-party channels and develop viable business models to capture them effectively.

- Plan and execute marketing calendars, online marketing initiatives, and content strategies for third-party platforms, including organizing promotional events and e-commerce campaigns.

Leadership and Collaboration:

- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer shopping experiences on third-party platforms.

- Translate strategies into actionable plans by coordinating with cross-functional teams and driving necessary changes.

- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team to ensure successful execution across functions.
