IndiaMART - AVP - Revenue Operations (4-6 yrs)

Manages the day-to-day operations of an organization, with a focus on improving processes, driving productivity, and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities of an AVP of Reveuue/Operations include:

1.Developing and achieving goals for revenue cycle performance and overall financial performance

2.Participating in year-end audits

3.Monitoring and supporting daily staff functions

4.Creating processes to encourage collaboration between teams

5.Looking at business analytics and data across departments

6. Managing teams

7. Optimizing processes:Streamlining and optimizing operational processes, and implementing cost-effective and sustainable practices

8. Maintaining quality:Ensuring the assigned team delivers the desired quality results and provides excellent customer experience

9. Solving problems:Proactively identifying and eliminating root cause barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality

10. Developing strategies:Working with the MAnagement to determine strategy to achieve overall site goals
