Revenue Assurance Manager - CA (2-10 yrs)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Assurance Manager with a Chartered Accountant qualification and a minimum of three years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of revenue streams, identifying potential risks, and implementing effective strategies to optimize revenue collection processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Revenue Monitoring: Oversee the revenue assurance process to ensure accurate billing, collections, and reporting. Regularly analyze revenue trends and variances.

- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks related to revenue recognition and billing processes. Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.

- Process Improvement: Design and implement processes and controls to enhance revenue assurance operations. Recommend & implement improvements to existing systems and practices.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment on revenue-related matters.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on revenue assurance activities, findings, and recommendations to senior management.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies related to revenue recognition and reporting.

- Training & Support: Provide training and support to staff on revenue assurance best practices and processes.

- Audits: Prepare audit schedules, update process documents, ensure adherence to the risk control matrix and take end to end responsibility of the audits closer related to revenue and receivables.

Qualifications:

- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) designation required.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue assurance function.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in financial ERP SAP.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
