Job Title: Integrator / Head of Revenue Generation
Location: Remote/Flexible

We are a bootstrapped software services startup based our of Remote Kerala specializing in delivering innovative solutions to businesses in the US market. With a strong focus on online lead generation and end-to-end business closures, we are on a mission to build a sustainable revenue model and expand our footprint. As we grow, we're looking for a visionary leader to spearhead our revenue generation efforts and lay the foundation for a scalable sales and business development function.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue-generation strategy targeting the US market, in alignment with our growth objectives.
- Identify new opportunities and channels to increase market penetration and drive sustainable revenue.
Lead Generation and Pipeline Building:
- Implement and manage online lead generation initiatives across platforms like LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, and paid campaigns.
- Build a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads and manage the end-to-end sales funnel.
Business Development and Deal Closure:
- Personally manage the full sales cycle, including outreach, proposal development, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Establish long-term client relationships that contribute to recurring revenue streams.
Team Building (As Revenue Grows):
- Lay the groundwork for assembling a high-performing sales and business development team as revenue targets are achieved.
- Define team roles, performance metrics, and training programs to ensure future scalability.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze revenue metrics, sales performance, and market trends to refine strategies.
- Provide regular updates to the founders and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with revenue goals.
- Coordinate with the product and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in revenue generation for software services, with a strong focus on the US market.
- Expertise in online lead generation strategies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, CRM platforms).
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and managing end-to-end sales processes independently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a startup environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Vision for scaling a sales organization and the ability to plan for long-term growth.
