As per the directions of DIAL s Management, Reclaim Belt Nos. 06, 07 & 08 have been converted to Swing Reclaim Belts which will have a flexibility to utilize these reclaim belts for Domestic as well as International Operations as per the passenger load. It will help DIAL for optimum utilization of existing infrastructure and will save huge money in laying additional infrastructure to cater the load of International Operations.
Approval has been accorded by competent authorities with some pre-conditions for DIAL which includes DIAL has to establish dedicated CCTV Control Room with two monitoring stations close to these reclaim belts and DIAL will deploy two staffs during night shift for continuous monitoring of CCTV Cameras installed at Swing Reclaim Belt Nos. 06, 07 & 08 to monitor any doubtful activity and to inform Custom s Department in case of any malpractice/suspicious activity.
DIAL needs to have well trained and experienced staff for live monitoring of the various activities. In addition to this, proposed team will also be responsible to enquire into the various other cases through CCTV Footage as per the Custom s requirements. As per the agreement between DIAL s Management and Custom s Management, minimum number of two personnel in night shift have to be deployed.

Continuously monitoring the operations through CCTV in real time while the Swing Reclaim Belts are in use for International Arrival Baggage clearance.
No of shortcomingsReporting to Deputy/Assistant Commissioner AIU Customs Department if any suspicious or objectionable activity is noticed during the operations in the swing belt area.
No. of incident / accidents reportedReporting to HOD, Vertical Head, GM Security Operations, Security Shift Manager, Terminal Head, Terminal Manager, Head - Guest Relations if any suspicious or objectionable activity is noticed.
No. of incident / accidents reportedAfter each opening & closing, certification to be provided to Deputy / Assistant Commissioner AIU Customs Department and shall certify that, based on the review of CCTV Footage, no baggage or item etc. is left over or hidden in the swing reclaim belt area.
Timely issuance of certificateOrganizing Daily Checks of all three reclaim belts nos. 06, 07 & 08 along with Airport Systems to ensure all three belts are functioning / working smoothly to avoid any issue during opening & closing of the Swing Reclaim Belt Area.
Organizing Daily Checks of both the sliding doors i. e. International and Domestic side to ensure no issue arises during the opening and closing of the Swing Reclaim Belt Area.

Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
