Job Description

Continuously monitoring the operations through CCTV in real time while the Swing Reclaim Belts are in use for International Arrival Baggage clearance.

Seek the approval of the Deputy/Assistant Commissioner AIU Customs Department at least one hour prior at the time of opening of the swing reclaim belt area.

Coordination with different stakeholders
After each opening & closing, certification to be provided to Deputy / Assistant Commissioner AIU Customs Department and shall certify that, based on the review of CCTV Footage, no baggage or item etc. is left over or hidden in the swing reclaim belt area.

To ensure opening & closing of the Swing Reclaim Belts shall be done strictly as per the SOP provided by Customs Department.

To ensure all particulars shall be entered in the register with date, signatures, name and designation of the concerned officers from Customs, S&V and Terminal Operations present during the opening & closing of the Swing Reclaim belt Area.
Coordination with different stakeholders
Timely action
Ensures entire area is sanitized in presence of representatives from Customs Department, Terminal Operations and Security Operations before the opening of the Swing Reclaim Belt Area.
