The Compensation and Benefits function is required toleverage compensation and benefits as a strategic driver of performance,retention and engagement globally. It focuses on the governance of totalmanpower cost of the organization including compensation, benefits, variablepay programs and other mechanisms. The role is expected to drive effectivenessin ensuring a standardized approach to compensation across India including paystructures, contracts, hiring ranges. This role will also be responsible forresearching, establishing, and designing maintaining a companys paysystem as per philosophy. Exposure to salary bench-marking survey, leadingannual increment / bonus payouts. Therole holder will also be responsible for annual manpower budgeting processincluding automation, predictive manpower analytics and manpower long rangeplans
Overall Role Responsibilities :
1. CB Programo Coordinates CB processes like the salaryplanning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc. for India
o Review and implement changes in Compensationstructure in the preview of changes taking place in Labour laws and otherregulations and best practices followed in the market.
o To analyse compensation data in light of marketbenchmarks and advice senior management on budgetary decisions
Design compensation structures that are compliantand tax effective. Trains line managers in the complex usage ofdifferent Compensation Benefits policies Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends,issues and best practices Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports Designs and develops compensation policies Leads and manages compensation projects for theentire organization 2. Manpower Budgeting Support business units for India manpower costbudgeting process Supports the Global Manpower Consolidation Reporting Periodic review and publishing of variances in theGlobal Manpower Budgets 3. CB Projects and Analytics Data Integrity of employee database in HR Systems Design best in class compensation analytics todrive data backed decisions Partner with business units in specificintervention aligned to business requirements As an SME, introduce best in class bestcompensation management practices : General Manager - Rewards years of experience across HR functions Masters degree inKey Competencies :
