Job Description

Identify gaps in the current quality system and devise plans with key initiatives to plug them
Ensure rigorous program management and on-time implementation of identified initiatives
Ensure harmonization of systems across manufacturing sites
Identify key automation needs and work towards implementation
Facilitate regular reviews of quality team performance both at site and corporate level
Facilitate monthly quality reviews with the CMD
Conduct detailed monthly analysis on key quality metrics and identify key trends/develop summary reports for management (OOS, OOT trends, etc.)
Conduct budgetary reviews with CQO, present progress of high-priority initiatives monthly to CQO
 
Assess system readiness for future expansions Drive long-term infrastructure projects for QC capacity and system upgrades
Drive special projects for the CQO office which may not be part of agreed goals, including remediation efforts and regulatory commitments in line with US FDA commitments
  • Support CMD office with CIP projects
  • Collaborate with external consulting firms to drive structural projects across sites (quality culture, Lab excellence, opex optimization, etc.)
Enhance Collaboration with other Corporate functions/sites
Collaborate with corporate and site level functions (in performing the roles above)
